1. Q: Which kind of payment ?
A: We currently support paypal, which is safer and more convenient. In the near future, we will support more payment methods such as credit cards.

2.Q: When Will my items be shipped?
A: All items have a handling period before they are processed and shipped.
99% of orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase.

3.Q: How long does shipping take?
A: The shipping time will vary based on where you are located and If your items is in stock, we will deliver it to you within 15-30 business days. We also offer express delivery at a cost of $6 per item and delivery time is 7-10 days.

4. Q: What happens if the products I ordered are out of stock?
A: If our logistic center informs us of the shortage of the products you ordered in 48 hours, we will contact with you timely and tell you how long it will take for your products to be sent out. If the time is too long for you to wait, we will handle with your refunding in time. If you think you could wait, we will inform you of the receiving day when we have gotten the shipping information from our factory. You could change for another style of products, of course. Maybe you will find other products which are more suitable to you or you could get the products you like more quickly.

5. Q: poor quality?
A: If there is a poor quality with the items, please offer the picture to us, when we confirm it, we can resend the new item to you, or we refund some money to you.

6. Q: As a wholesaler, do I have some discounts?
A: For a wholesaler who has ordered more than 20 pairs of products, we will offer the timely and economical transportation methods. Besides, we will lower the price for a larger order(contact us admin@f1rstsports.com).

7. Q: Does the price include tax fee?
A: It is buyer’s duty to do customs clearance. So, you should contact the customs office to take your parcel once it has been seized.

8. Q: How much shipping fee will it cost if I placed an order?
A: We support free shipping (EMS express) over $30

9.Q: It’s been two weeks, where is my order?
A: This delay doesn’t happen very often. It’s usually a holiday, such as Christmas, New Year’s day, black Friday, etc. In this case, please be patient.

10.Q:What if you are not satisfied with the items
A:We promise that if there is any quality problem, we can issue a refund or replacement within 30 days after receiving the goods. If there is any non-quality problem, such as improper color and size, the refund and transportation costs will be borne by the buyer.
