How long will order processing take?
Orders typically take up to 2 days to process before they ship – excluding weekends and holidays.
What happens if the products I ordered are out of stock?
If our logistic center informs us of the shortage of the products you ordered in 48 hours, we will contact with you timely and tell you how long it will take for your products to be sent out. If the time is too long for you to wait, we will handle with your refunding in time. If you think you could wait, we will inform you of the receiving day when we have gotten the shipping information from our factory. You could change for another style of products, of course. Maybe you will find other products which are more suitable to you or you could get the products you like more quickly.
Why the status of shipment stagnated for a long time?

For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company. If status of the parcel stagnated for a long time, we advise you to contact your local post office to check it for you, at the same time, we will ask our shipping agent to figure out what happened to your parcel. You can keep in touch with us untill the parcel is delivered successfully.

Do I have to pay any tariffs or custom tax on the products?
